Introductory Workshop on
Artistic Dream Interpretation
Do you often dream? Did you know that dreams are symbols of our subconscious mind? Dreams give us a lot of inspiration, allowing us to find a direction in the real situation, and also allow us to usher in a better version of ourselves. This workshop combines the theories of the two major psychological schools, Jung and existentialism, to guide you to interpret dreams through different art forms.
Date: February 24, 2022

【Flower Arrangement To Explore Impermanence】
Expressive Arts Therapy Workshop
In the Japanese tea ceremony, philosophies such as "one session, one meeting" and "every day is a good day" are often mentioned, and whether tea bowls, flower arrangements, calligraphy and painting can also reflect the beauty of wabi-sabi, that is, the acceptance of imperfection and impermanence.
During the epidemic period and when the old is transforming into the new, let's arrange camellias, sing and write haiku together, learn to let go, learn to accept, learn to love ourselves, and learn how to live.
